Reducing Husband’s Disability

Filed under: Disability — admin @ 12:02 pm

Trial court did not err in not reducing any portion of the husband’s disability pension awarded to the wife for when his supplementary pension terminates, as the trial court indicated that it would consider a reduction in the payment amount if the marital portion of the pension were reduced at some point in the future, but it properly refused to make a prospective reduction of the amount awarded to her.
